“Industrial Internet Use Cases” – Presented by Marcel Hartgerink, Wibu-Systems
The Industrial Internet Consortium brings together the organizations and technologies necessary to accelerate the growth of the Industrial Internet by identifying, assembling and promoting best practices. Wibu-Systems contributes as member to the Security and Business Solutions Enablement groups.
Wibu-Systems will present at this session some local use cases. New business models can be implemented and exploited with proper protected, licensed and secured systems. Large players like Wind River, CoDeSys, B&R and Rockwell have implemented Wibu’s technology for secure boot, IP & Integrity Protection, access control for software, source-code and data.
About Marcel Hartgerink
Marcel Hartgerink studied electronic engineering and developed his first software protection system in 1988. He was later involved in developing biometric authentication systems for large corporations. On behalf of Wibu-Systems he joined the Industrial Internet Consortium in 2014.
